The Cambodia Chamber of Commerce will host the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2025 from March 5-6 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra in the capital.
Prime Minister Hun Manet will preside over the summit, and is expected to speak on how the Royal Government of Cambodia is committed to supporting ASEAN businesses and fostering shared prosperity, CCC said in a statement.
The summit themed ‘Accelerating ASEAN’s Connectivity: People, Infrastructure, and Trade’ will serve as a dynamic platform to foster economic cooperation and development within the ASEAN region, specifically showcasing Cambodia’s growing role in regional economic integration.
Senior government officials, business leaders, and experts including CEOs, senior executives, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and thought leaders from across ASEAN, representing diverse industries and sectors will take part in the two-day summit.
According to the CCC, the theme underscores Cambodia’s dedication to sustainable and inclusive growth, as embodied in the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia, while aligning with ASEAN’s overarching economic objectives.
Various topics will be discussed including an analysis of the economic challenges and opportunities in Cambodia, to enable a favourable business environment for growth and foster economic integration within the region and beyond.
Beyond the insightful discussions, the summit will provide ample opportunities for networking and collaboration.
In addition to these key sessions, the summit will also feature government-to-business meetings, sector-specific meetings, and one-on-one business matching to facilitate networking and collaboration among participants.
A networking lunch, accompanied by Cambodia Investment Showcase, will allow participants to connect with business leaders and explore investment prospects in key sectors.
The business matching sessions will facilitate pre-arranged B2B meetings, fostering potential partnerships and collaborations.
The closing ceremony will summarize key takeaways and issue a call to action for continued collaboration and investment in ASEAN, concluding with a networking reception where attendees can further build relationships.
“The Cambodia ASEAN Business Summit 2025 is poised to be a pivotal event, attracting a diverse audience and contributing significantly to accelerating economic growth, strengthening regional integration, and promoting sustainable development in Cambodia and the ASEAN region,” CCC said in a statement.
