Rebecca Hunter, Marketing Director of SpaceX & Starlink met with the officials of the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and discussed the modernising of digital services in Cambodia.
Chea Ratha, Secretary of State of MoC received a courtesy call from the SpaceX & Starlink delegation, examining the possibility of expanding investment held in Phnom Penh, on February 21.
According to an announcement from the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) yesterday, the MoC and the visiting delegation discussed potential investments in public service delivery to enhance the ministry’s e-commerce platform.
On February 20, the Marketing Director also paid a courtesy call to Chea Vandeth, Minister MPTC, to explore opportunities for modernising Cambodia’s telecommunication services.
During the meeting, Vandeth encouraged the SpaceX & Starlink delegation to engage further with the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) to address various technical matters.
