SOFTSWISS to sponsor Reflect Festival, CTO wins top industry award

SOFTSWISS, a leading international technology company specialising in iGaming software development, is set to participate in this year’s Reflect Festival as a Bronze Sponsor.

The festival, scheduled to take place on May 15–16 in Limassol, is one of the premier technology events in the region, bringing together top innovators and entrepreneurs.

As part of its involvement, SOFTSWISS will contribute to the event’s discussions through a specialised panel featuring its Deputy Chief Technology Officer, Sergey Kastukevich.

The panel, titled “AI and AI Agents in Tech: Lessons from SOFTSWISS on Scaling Innovation for Any Business,” will explore the strategic application of artificial intelligence in business processes.

“Reflect Festival is a hub for innovation, bold ideas, and the future of technology—a vision that perfectly aligns with SOFTSWISS,” said Kastukevich.

“I’m proud to be a speaker at the festival, where I’ll be covering AI implementation in business processes. Many are discussing AI and AI agents in business processes because, let’s be honest, few innovations have disrupted business and technology as profoundly as AI. Yet, despite the buzz, even forward-thinking companies hesitate to fully implement it,” he continued.

“At SOFTSWISS, AI isn’t just a concept—we’re actively integrating it, optimising operations, and delivering real results. Reflect Festival is the perfect space to move beyond the hype and showcase how AI is already transforming business workflows and decision-making today, not in some distant future.”

In addition to its participation in Reflect Festival, SOFTSWISS is celebrating a major achievement as Sergey Kastukevich has been recognised as CTO of the Year for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at the Oracle Excellence Awards 2025. Organised by Oracle, a global leader in cloud and AI technologies, the awards honour individuals and companies that leverage emerging technologies to reduce operational costs, enhance system stability, and develop transformative products.

The company explained that this recognition underscores SOFTSWISS’ commitment to cutting-edge technological solutions.

It added that the company has invested in advanced tools such as Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) for efficient deployment of containerised applications, high-performance virtual machine instances, secure Object Storage, Cloud Guard for continuous monitoring and automated threat response, a centralised Container Image Hub for managing application lifecycles, and robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems for enhanced security.
