Leptos Calypso Hotels returns to profit with €3.25m in 2024 earnings

Leptos Calypso Hotels Public Ltd, a member of the Leptos Group, recorded a significant financial turnaround in 2024.

Specifically, the company on Tuesday posted a consolidated net profit of €3.25 million, recovering from a €570,830 loss in 2023.

According to the company’s annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, the parent company also reported a net profit of €2.32 million, reversing a prior-year loss of €1.15 million.

Despite the return to profitability, the group continued to carry some short-term liabilities, with net current liabilities standing at €11.2 million at group level and €9.9 million for the parent company.

Leptos Calypso Hotels noted that it maintained approved overdraft facilities of €5.78 million (group) and €4.65 million (company) as of the end of the year, with unused balances of €3.44 million and €1.69 million respectively.
