Larnaca’s paved areas will now be sparkling with the new high-pressure machine the municipality has received, which will remove grime with a jet of boiling water.
The municipality announced on Tuesday that the new machine – with water temperatures ranging from 30C to 98C – will be used to clean outdoor public surfaces, such as squares, pavements and paved areas,
The machine was delivered last week and municipality staff have already been trained to use it safely.
Larnaca municipality expects that the machine will contribute to significantly improving the cleanliness of the city and upgrading the quality of life of the people.
