Roberto Cavalli launches first European residential project in Limassol

Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli has announced its first residential project in Europe, partnering with Cyprus-based Leptos Group on a €200 million luxury tower development in Limassol.

The 30-storey Cavalli Tower at Limassol Blu Marine marks the designer brand’s debut in the Mediterranean luxury residential market and represents the first Cavalli-branded property development in Europe.

Located on Limassol’s seafront, the tower offers unobstructed sea views with direct access to the marina and the city’s business district. The development is in advanced construction stages and is expected to be completed within three years.

The project comes as Cyprus experiences dynamic growth in its property sector, with Limassol transforming into an international destination that combines coastal living with a cosmopolitan atmosphere attractive to global investors and buyers.

Development details

The tower features residences categorised as luxury, superior luxury and ultra-luxury, all with sea views, spacious balconies and world-class amenities. Architectural features include a double-height lobby with Cavalli furnishings, cascading water installations, private lift lobbies for residents and a 50-metre infinity pool with panoramic views.

The development, designed by global architectural firm Benoy, represents the second and final residential complex within the Limassol Blu Marine project. Show apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces and smart home technology.

Five-star amenities

Residents will have access to hospitality-inspired services including 24-hour reception, à la carte cleaning services, personal training, laundry, gardening and interior styling services, event organisation, home healthcare and babysitting.

The development includes 1,150 square metres of wellness facilities featuring a 25-metre heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, private cinema, golf simulator and business lounge. Designed gardens cover 70% of the site.

“The Roberto Cavalli brand represents perfection that stems from high fashion,” said Sergio Azzolari, CEO of the fashion house. “This project constitutes a natural extension of our vision: from the runways to homes that inspire experiences.”
