Two leading South Korean companies, N.H.O and Atomy Global Group, have officially begun construction on DreamVille Siem Reap, the city’s first integrated lifestyle township. The groundbreaking and symbolic tree-planting ceremony marked the start of a project designed to create “a place where families can grow, belong and thrive together”.
Spanning 35.4 hectares, DreamVille will feature modern homes, schools, parks, wellness centres and commercial spaces, with 55% of the site dedicated to green areas. Highlights include Dream Park, a cultural and recreational hub; smaller pocket parks with play areas and fitness zones; and lush tropical landscaping woven throughout the community.
At the ceremony, Mr. Hen Puthy, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, described the project as both “an important milestone marking the start of the project” and “a significant occasion for the province’s socio-economic development”.
“We have high expectations and full confidence that, with close coordination among all parties — the support of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the cooperation of local authorities, and strong international partnerships — the project will be successfully implemented, contributing to a new chapter for Siem Reap,” he said.
“We are proud and committed to working alongside the investors to ensure the project is carried out effectively and sustainably, helping to shape a prosperous future for Siem Reap,” he continued.
Dreamy School — officially unveiled at the event — will open in Q2 2027 as a bilingual Khmer–English institution combining international and local curricula. It will offer preschool through secondary education, plus vocational training, with a focus on experiential learning and holistic development. Operating under the philosophy “Learning that Opens with Love”, the school will reinvest all profits into its community.
“Dreamy School not only offers families peace of mind when it comes to education, but also represents our commitment to building a sustainable community where people can live, learn and grow — right in the heart of Siem Reap,” explained Mr. Kang Myung Gu, Principal of Dreamy School.
Positioned at the junction of National Road 6, Ring Road 3 and the expressway to Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport, DreamVille is strategically located in the province’s growth corridor and within the 7,000-hectare New Siem Reap Tourist Site. The township is envisioned as a smart city for tourism, commerce and long-term living.
In 2024, Cambodia welcomed 6.7 million international tourists, with the Ministry of Tourism aiming for 7.5 million visitors in 2025, generating an estimated $5 billion. DreamVille’s “homecation” concept blends resort-style amenities with long-term residential options, offering strong appeal for investors.
“We believe this will be the starting point for even greater dreams — for local residents, investors, and future generations,” noted Mr. Kim Kyoo Chul, Group CEO of N.H.O.
In a gesture of community support, N.H.O and Atomy Global Group also donated $30,000 worth of Atomy lifestyle products to assist vulnerable families in Siem Reap, including those affected by recent border tensions — reflecting their shared philosophy of “growing together with the local community”.
