Cambodia has registered a total of 5.66 million international air passengers in the first 10 months of 2025, a year-on-year rise of 14 percent, said an official report released on Tuesday.

Compiled by the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA), the report said a total of 34 international and domestic airlines had operated 52,954 flights to the kingdom’s three international airports during the January-October period this year, also up 12 percent year-on-year.

It added that the Southeast Asian country also reported a 14 percent increase in air cargo volume to 74,912 tonnes during the above-mentioned period.

Cambodia currently has three international airports in operation. They are the Techo International Airport, the Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, and the Sihanouk International Airport.

“In average, the three international airports accommodate 1,320 flights per week,” SSCA’s Secretary of State and Spokesperson Sinn Chanserey Vutha said in the report. Xinhua
