The Stephanis Store Network has announced plans to build a new, ultra-modern store in Larnaca, saying the investment forms part of its ongoing strategy for continuous development and quality service across Cyprus.
The new store will be built on Spyros Kyprianou Avenue (formerly General Timayia), near the port roundabout, three minutes by car from the existing Stephanis location, according to the announcement.
The building will have 2,500 square metres of showroom space across two floors and an additional 1,000 square metres of warehouse space on a separate third floor, bringing the total area to 3,500 square metres.
The company said the ground floor will provide covered, comfortable and free parking for 52 vehicles, whilst access to the store will be via lifts and escalators.
Largest Stephanis store
The investment is seen as a continuation of the largest Stephanis store to date, which opened in Egkomi, Nicosia in 2023. Upon completion, the Larnaca store is expected to become the largest Stephanis location nationwide.
Construction work has begun, with the opening scheduled for 2027.
The new building will house all main technology product categories, from mobile phones, computers, televisions and audio to gaming, energy products, household appliances and seasonal items, aiming to create a complete technology space.
The Stephanis Network said it has been in Larnaca since 2005, starting with smaller stores. The new investment represents a way of reciprocating the city residents’ long-standing support by offering the technology store “Larnaca deserves,” according to the announcement.
