South Africa vows to boost investment and trade in Cambodia’s mining sector

The Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa is committed to promoting investment and trade in the mining sector and infrastructure development.

The commitment was made on the occasion of Acting Head of State Say Chhum receiving credentials from Darkey Ephraim Africa, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Senate Palace here this morning.

On that occasion, Darkey Ephraim Africa believes that his diplomatic mission in Cambodia will continue to strive to further strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the people of the two countries, especially to promote investment and trade between the two countries in mining and infrastructure development.

“In the future, he will come to the Kingdom of Cambodia again to meet with relevant ministries and institutions to promote trade and work to reach an agreement between the two countries on mining and infrastructure development,” he said.

Say Chhum believes that as the Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Cambodia, Darkey Ephraim Africa will continue to work to further strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries and the two peoples.

The Acting Head of State stressed that the Senate, National Assembly, Royal Government, Ministries, and National Institutions of Cambodia are always ready to work closely with the Ambassador and the Government of the Republic of South Africa to promote friendly relations and cooperation in all fields to bring mutual benefits for the people and the two countries. Dap-news
