U.S. Firm interested in Cambodia’s civil aviation industry

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, an American aircraft company, praised Cambodia’s rapid development in all sectors and expressed interest in the country’s aviation industry.

The interest was revealed by visiting Julien Nargeot, Regional Vice President of Sales for Southeast Asia, Pacific, Australia and New Zealand at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. At the same time, he was received by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet at the Peace Palace yesterday afternoon.

Julien Nargeot briefed Hun Manet on his company, saying that Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is a leading American company in the aviation industry focusing on private jet services.

He added that Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation aims to contribute to the development of Cambodia’s aviation industry and expand connectivity and tourism with the region and the world.

In reply, the Prime Minister welcomed the company’s interest in the Cambodian aviation industry. With resilient economic growth and momentum of development in all areas of Cambodia, doing business in the Kingdom’s aviation industry is a good opportunity for the company.

In addition, Hun Manet encouraged Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation to continue discussions with relevant Cambodian ministries, institutions, and partners to learn more about the potential investment in Cambodia’s aviation industry. AKP
