PwC Cyprus celebrated the achievements of its top-performing trainee accountants in the recent ACCA exams at a ceremony on October 23, 2024, at the PwC Experience Centre.
Attended by CEO Philippos Soseilos and Chief People Officer Anna Loizou, the event spotlighted trainees who earned top rankings both in Cyprus and worldwide.
Awardees included Yuliana Gudovich, who placed 1st in Cyprus and 8th worldwide in Financial Reporting (FR); Ghina Kardas, who achieved 1st in Cyprus and 9th globally in Strategic Business Reporting (SBR); and Artem Samoilenko, who placed 1st in Cyprus and 24th globally in Advanced Financial Management (AFM).
Also honored were Vladislav Lazarenko, ranking 1st in Cyprus and 16th worldwide in Financial Management (FM), and Nikol Inkova, who secured 1st in Cyprus and 14th globally in Strategic Business Leader (SBL).
Addressing the attendees, CEO Philippos Soseilos said, “In an increasingly competitive environment, recognizing and rewarding excellence is vital as it acknowledges the efforts of our people in reaching their goals.”
He added that “these accomplishments represent both individual and company growth.”
Chief People Officer Anna Loizou echoed this sentiment, stating, “We are proud of all the successful trainees. We believe in their potential and stand by them to provide all the support they need.”
She further emphasised the company’s commitment to helping trainees “overcome today’s challenges and those of the future.”
