Cambodia has achieved a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of supercars at the famed Angkor Archaeological Park in Siem Reap province, Prime Minister Hun Manet announced on Thursday.
A total of 179 supercars and hypercars were displayed in front of the iconic Angkor Wat Temple on September 17, showcasing the UNESCO-listed world heritage site to the world. The record-breaking gathering was verified by a Guinness World Records adjudicator, with the official announcement made on Thursday.
Angkor Wat is one of the main temples within the 401-square-kilometer Angkor Archaeological Park, home to 91 ancient temples built between the 9th and 13th centuries. Xinhua
