During the meeting, the Minister and the Ambassador highly appreciated the cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries and the United States in the past.
The Minister outlined the Ministry’s policies and priority programmes that will support the sustainable development of the agricultural sector, economy, and environment. In the spirit of reaffirming the willingness to continue closer cooperation, Patrick Murphy affirmed that he will continue to support the projects and policy programmes that are the priority of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

For the One Health project, the US Ambassador noted the transparency of the information provided by relevant ministries and institutions that have contributed to the effective prevention of the spread of infectious diseases.
Regarding future work, Tina expressed his welcome and wished for this cooperation to be conducted honestly and transparently.
