Phnom Penh – On 21 November 2025, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) held a one-stop meeting to review 10 investment projects deemed fully qualified for registration. The session was chaired by Mr. Chea Vutthy, Secretary-General of the CDC, and attended by representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, and provincial authorities.
The 10 projects, totaling approximately $111 million in investment, are expected to create around 6,000 jobs. They include 9 industrial projects—covering rubber oil production, animal feed, various lighting products, Christmas trees and decorations, plastic products (heat-retaining sheets, protective panels, yoga mats), pet accessories, and inflatable boats, kayaks, tents, and related plastic items—and 1 infrastructure project to build a dry dock.
These projects will be implemented across Takeo, Kampong Speu, Preah Vihear, Koh Kong, and Preah Sihanouk provinces.
