The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has rolled out a revamped website aimed at improving navigation, accessibility, and features for regulated entities, investors, and the wider public.
“The redesigned website marks the first phase of our efforts to improve the user experience and provide enhanced user-friendly navigation and functionality for regulated entities, investors and the general public,” CySEC chairman George Theocharides said.
“With a modern clean design, the new website features improved user-friendly navigation and functionality for users as well as adaptability for smart devices,” CySEC said in a statement.
One of the key enhancements is an advanced search tool, allowing users to access detailed information on all current and former supervised entities.
Additional features include a carousel displaying updates of interest to stakeholders and a dedicated section for media information.
The new website includes, among other things, a carousel containing the latest developments of interest to supervised entities and investors, an integrated central hub and a dedicated section for media information.
The integrated central hub stands out as a resource for regulated entities and stakeholders to access registers and portal systems for submitting relevant information directly to CySEC.
To promote transparency, a newly created news area consolidates press releases, media interviews, statements, videos, publications, and events, offering stakeholders a comprehensive view of CySEC’s operations.
“Our determination to make the CySEC a more accessible and sustainable supervisory authority has been a key driver of this effort,” Theocharides said.
He added that “future phases of upgrades are designed to meet the evolving needs and expectations of users of the CySEC website”.
