The Electricity Authority of Cambodia has issued a new decision amending Article 1 of the Electricity Authority of Cambodia’s decision No. 120.Sr.25.Aok dated July 7, 2025, on determining the list of charging fees for electric vehicle charging stations in Cambodia.
The document lists three different charging rates:
AC charging: 1,050 Riel/kWh
DC Fast Charge (up to 250 kW): 1,350 Riel/kWh
DC Super-fast Charge (over 250 kW): 1,450 Riel/kWh
Effective Date: October 1, 2025.
