In the near future, the Japanese giant company Minebea Mitsumi will open the construction site of its second factory in Pursat province’s Krakor district, which will create many new jobs for young people in Cambodia. This second factory invests in the power sector.
On the official telegram of the Ministry of Mines and Energy on the night of June 19, Keo Rattanak, Minister of Mines and Energy, confirmed that Minebea Cambodia Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Minebea Mitsumi, will be based in Krakor district, Pursat province.
He confirmed that in the near future, the new achievement of this giant company is planning to open the construction site of its second factory in Krakor district, which will create many new jobs for our young people there.
The Minister added that one of the reasons why Minebea decided to invest in a second plant in Cambodia was because they see the potential for support of electricity, which Cambodia is currently producing a lot of energy from renewable energy sources, making our country an attractive country in the energy sector.
Minebea Cambodia is also expanding its investment in a new special economic zone to connect the production chain more widely.
