A new hotel investment covering an area of approximately 97,000 square meters on the islet of Diaporos, off Halkidiki, was launched by Stavros Andreadis through his company Stanta.
According to the business plan, it will include 13 ground-floor villas and 13 two-story autonomous bungalows – i.e. a total of 76 rooms – which will be combined with a central building. That will incorporate an outdoor area with a shared swimming pool, restaurants, special and alternative therapeutic spa facilities, a gym, modern sports facilities, children’s activities, a church and other infrastructures.
The project budget amounts to 41.7 million euros.
