Paphos remained the leading district for property sales to foreign buyers in Cyprus during March 2025, recording 204 transactions and outperforming all other regions, according to figures released by Leptos Group on Wednesday.
Limassol followed with 172 sales, while Larnaca recorded 152, Nicosia 54, and Famagusta 25 transactions to foreign purchasers.
International demand for Paphos properties surged by 38% year-on-year compared to March 2024, highlighting the region’s growing appeal in the overseas property market.
