Following a year of collaboration under a joint venture agreement, US-based TKI and Cyprus-based Hybrid ConsulTech have merged operations and will now formally operate under the unified TKI brand.
The integration marks a strategy in aligning both companies’ global operations and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across regions.
TKI, which has operated for over two decades in the United States and India, brings extensive experience in enterprise software and deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
According to the announcement, its client base includes major broadband and cable providers, a national real estate network representing over 30 per cent of the US housing market, and one of the largest HVAC and energy service groups in the Northeast.
Meanwhile, Hybrid ConsulTech contributes regional market understanding across Europe and the Middle East.
Together, the two companies have already delivered measurable impact through AI initiatives addressing real-world business needs.
The merger now unifies their capabilities under one brand, allowing a globally aligned team to serve clients with consistent quality, deeper expertise, and a shared philosophy of practical innovation.
As part of the merger, Monica Polemitis, founder and former CEO of Hybrid ConsulTech, joins the TKI partnership and assumes the role of Managing Director, TKI EMEA.
She will lead operations in Europe and the Middle East, with TKI EMEA headquartered in Cyprus and offices at the CYENS Centre of Excellence in Nicosia.
“This merger builds on the successful initiatives we’ve developed together over the past year,” Polemitis said. She added that the timing is strategic, “as Cyprus and the US work to deepen their business ties.”
According to her, the investment by an American company in a Cyprus-based firm to expand regional operations “confirms the mutual benefit of this cooperation.”
Thomas Gamble will continue to lead TKI Americas and serves as CEO of the group. He noted, “We have witnessed an increase in the maturity for enterprise-grade AI solutions.”
He went on to say that, “through this merger, we fully leverage our expertise and address that demand with maximum efficiency.”
In a statement on the merger, the US Embassy in Nicosia said, “The embassy applauds the merger between US-based TKI and Cyprus’s Hybrid ConsulTech.”
The embassy added that this partnership “exemplifies our two countries’ strengthening commercial ties and highlights the significant potential for future cooperation and mutual benefit in the realm of enterprise-grade AI solutions and professional services more broadly.”
It also noted that the merger “highlights the advantages of Cyprus as a European and regional hub for US companies and the strength of the island’s tech ecosystem.”
Under the TKI brand, the merged team now offers a fully integrated suite of AI, enterprise data, and software services, covering the full spectrum from AI and data strategy, architecture, and model development through governance, compliance, deployment, and optimisation.
Moreover, their combined portfolio includes advanced personalisation engines, AI-enabled automation, and compliance-ready platforms tailored for enterprise environments across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, real estate technology, consumer services, and the public sector.
