Cypriot maritime technology firm Tototheo Global was among the international companies participating in Asia Tech x Singapore 2025, one of the region’s leading technology events, held from May 27 to 29 at the Singapore EXPO and Capella Singapore.
The delegation, led by co-CEO Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou, included CCO Vlassis Papapanagis and Head of Sales Marios Makris.
Together, they joined a dynamic programme that brought together decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and government officials from across the globe to explore the latest developments in AI, connectivity, digital infrastructure, and satellite communications.
“Just wrapped up a productive few days in Singapore for Asia Tech x Singapore — a global convergence of technology, innovation, and meaningful dialogue,” Theodosiou said, adding that the event offered a valuable opportunity to reconnect with partners, industry colleagues, and friends from around the world.
“It’s a powerful reminder of how diverse perspectives drive progress,” she said.
Tototheo Global’s team engaged in sessions spanning next-generation space-tech applications, government and enterprise communications, and the future of resilient digital infrastructure.
Part of the programme included the ATxSummit, an invitation-only event held at Capella Singapore from 28 to 29 May.
Organised by Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority, it featured high-level plenaries and closed-door G2G and G2B roundtables, with discussions focused on agentic and embodied AI, space satellite communications, quantum computing, and digital sustainability.
Notable speakers included Jason Kwon, Chief Strategy Officer at OpenAI, Peter Schwartz, Chief Futures Officer at Salesforce, and UC Berkeley’s Professor Dawn Song.
Held across multiple venues, the wider ATxEnterprise segment at Singapore EXPO featured exhibitions and panels across sectors such as cybersecurity, 5G, AI, and maritime technology.
Theodosiou described the atmosphere as one of momentum and collaboration, noting that “the pace of innovation and collaboration was clear throughout.”
She also thanked those who shared their insights and time, emphasising that “the future of connectivity is exciting, and it’s something we’re building, together.”
Asia Tech x Singapore will return in May 2026.
